Local Welder?

I just bought a small off road trailer and would like to find a local welder who can patch up some rivet holes. PO had attached diamond plate using rivets and I've removed the diamond plate and would like to get the holes filled.

I've filled holes in the past on a floor pan in a 64 Falcon with epoxy / bondo but they weren't visible.
