After careful review of posting on this thread and time stamps from pm's gunner69 has first right of refusal for D-60 308 mags and ammo. It's sometimes hard looking at all the information to figure out Who is first inline for what. Awhile back I got into a tif over 1 minute and had to get the mods involved. Ultimately I was cleared of any wrong doing over the said 1 minute. Hope you all understand.

To clarify to all parties involved and who may be watching this thread. Gunner69 posted at 6:04 followed by pm at 6:05 deal was made at 6:09 via verbal phone communication for all three items . Bluecollar posted at 6:14. I am well aware of the rules. But I do believe we have the right to make a deal using our best judgement . Not to mention answering people who pm directly. I try really hard to be fair and to answer all messages to keep people updated. If I have done wrong that's for other people to decide. I stand by my discission. Guess from now on I'll only post 1 item at a time . Seems like the more you try to do right the harder it becomes.
