WTB Inch lb torque wrench

Looking for an inch lb torque wrench for scope rings. Anyone have one or knows who has them locally? My smallest is 3/8 and only goes down to 30in lb. Located in las vegas

Try harbor freight. Got one there a few years back. The Wheeler set is much better. Saw it on Amazon at a good price. If you want to borrow pm me. I'm in Sun City Anthem.
