We've been seeing a lot of members having conversations about buying/selling, recipes, animal husbandry, secret man crush's for david hogg, but that was visible to everyone.

If you want to have a private chat, 'start a conversation'. See below (i'm using member @Koyote here as an example).

Easiest way is to click the username you want to talk to....

This way, i can now have a private chat with Koyote.
