Hello Ladies and Gentleman. I have this cross-listed, but will of course entertain reasonable lower offers from the group here.

1992 HMMWV M998, acquired from Hill AFB, UT about a year ago. 7,000 Miles, 6.5L. All acquisition/service records. Clean NV on-road title (will also release ownership of personalized license plate, if wanted). Many extras/accessories/original/upgraded parts. Runs like new. Daily driver.

TDYing overseas for quite a while, and relocating family - so looking for a sooner-rather-than-later and painless sale. $19,000 OBO.

Any questions, please ask. Thanks.

Want to trade for 3.99 acres on a remote fly in lake in Alaska by the town of Skwentna? Nothing on the lot and the lot next to it was listed at $24,000 a couple of years ago. The lake is One Stone Lake and is by a bigger lake called Shell Lake.

15 years ago and in another life, I'd already have signed the title over and started loading up on bear ammo. Thank you for the offer, but at this crossroads and with a small child ... the return to adventuring has to wait a few more years. :)

you might be the only dude in the military who wanted to own one of these things after having to use them haha. used to warm my heart seeing these things DRMO'd. Jokes aside, I feel like a clean example would increase in value so worst case, maybe consider storing it if doesn't sell for what you're looking for.

I spent most of my time with DoS/DSS. Got lots of rides in them with the Marines. Decided it'd be something unique and fun to have stateside. If my trip was going to be for a couple of months, the truck would be parked at my parent's home. But, being gone as long as I'm planned, worries me that it'll just start rotting with no one to really manage it. And let me say again: I'll happily entertain a decent offer from anyone in the group here. :)

Bumpity bump. Anyone with some discretionary cash for an awesome and fun beast of a vehicle? :) How about for $21,000, I'll also throw in the whole Zenith MP5 kit I have listed, 500rds of ammo, and a Hazard4 pack, to go along with the truck? :)

Grrrr, you're just down the street from me too.

My wife would also kill me. Might be worth it. Maybe if I take her out for a nice dinner and give her flowers and those new shoes....

Dillards has a great sale on shoes this week, as per my wife. :) Just sayin'. :) I'm a Nordstrom Rack kind-a guy myself. Got a new pair of hiking Merrells for 40 bucks.

Hello Sir,
Should be en route in about 6-8 weeks. The more info I'm getting (read: sh$# being requested of me), the more it sounds like a damned long PCS - and they want me to bring my suits; those damn, hot, stupidly expensive, restricting suits. C'est la vie and all that jazz if it's worth a couple bucks though, right? ... I mean, really, right? Right?? :)

So nobody needs an EXFIL vehicle for when COVID19 starts turning us into zombies? :) I'll be surviving - probably building shelter on a man-made island with family in the Persian/Omani Gulf (zombies can't swim, right?). But what of my brothers and sisters here? So, get out of Dodge in style, running over the brain-eaters on the way, a-la Bill Murray in Zombieland. :)

Have owned a 1995 H1 for 25 years now, great vehicles, was the only thing my wife asked for in the 42 years we were married before I lost her to cancer in 2016. It was her baby, so I have kept it, now kinda glad I did! Mine is the four door wagon though, ambulance style side swing rear doors, and most important to this old man, it has a good A/C system in it, front and rear.
Plus the CTIS tire inflation system, the heavy duty driveline protection grid system, and upgraded floor and door armor (bought it brand new, it was actually cheaper with those options since no one in the civilian market wanted them so equipped) .

And I have the snorkels for the air intake and exhaust in case I have to wade through deep water to avoid the zombies. They can't swim, but apparently according to the writers on the Walking Dead, they can walk under water.

Great vehicle at a great price guys, I don't have room for it or would take it as a "spare" myself.
Good luck with the sale and deployment, over the 41 years with Uncle Sammy we spent a lot of time outside CONUS, fortunately my folks ranch had great vehicle storage facilities and my Dad was always willing to maintain whatever I left there, especially if it was something that would get up and move FAST. As Sheriff, he liked cars that would move FAST when he wanted them to.

Keep looking at the pics in this post. I failed trying persuading a buddy to buy this piece. If I have the extra cash, well, definitely in my garage by now. GLWS.

Ladies and Gentleman,

I thank you all for the stories, kind comments, and anecdotes. The truck end up going outside of the forum here. I wish everyone luck in thier future endeavours and searches. And be advised: I will be looking for one again as soon as I get back stateside. :)

PS: Still have the MP5 clone kit up. I will happily entertain decent offers.

Lock it up.
