A "rare" and early 1980, HK 770 308 semi auto hunting rifle. Importation ended in 1986. The early models have muzzle brakes as this one does. High gloss blue/black barrel shows NO wear. Beautifully grained wood has a few very minor handling marks on the stock.Rolloing block design similar to the iconic HK 91. Folding leaf rear sight. Complete with 1 factory 3rd mag. This is an extremely fine example of this HK model. I don't recall seeing one for sale on this forum in the 11 years I have been active. A great addition ro any HK collection!

What a beautiful firearm. I love the schnabel forearm. Sadly, I don't have a budget that would allow me to add that to my firearm stable.
 
Is the recoil pad an aftermarket modification?
