Background check (Don’t even ask) covered by buyer anywhere the buyer chooses in LV metro. As long as that FFL allows me to retain possession (and you retain your money) until background clears. But rest easy, I am retired and offer quick turnaround service once the background clears.

Got this one at an estate sale back when you could sell your personal property without asking permission. 9+1 sub compact. Shoots great and actually the extra weight of being steel helps tame the .40 snap. Never shot it as .357 sig but I think that is a snappy round too. The belt clip is screwed to the base plate but not the slide. Base plate is industrial grade double side taped to the slide. You can unscrew the clip or I was just going to use a little fishing line and acetone and remove it completely. But never got to it before she was coronated Queen of the Safe. I'll remove it if you like. No box no manual.
