Variation of the Baofeng UV-5 series for about $1-2(?) more than the dual band.
Like all the UV-5 series, these are easy to program with CHIRP, not so intuitive to program manually.
Uses all the accessories of the dual band version, including programming cable, speaker mic, batteries, and battery eliminator.
For $24, I figure it's good to have on hand.
