Its on the right side in the first brighter picture. And not that I know of or ever heard of. Its only compatable with some SKS'
 
Who makes the 22lr mags?
 
Not sure, no markings. Think it came with my cmmg conversion. I also have a black dog with metal lips mag for 15$ and keltec brand clear for 12$
