WTB Glock parts kit for G17 Gen 2 frame

I've got a stripped Glock 17 Gen 2 frame and would eventually like to make a complete pistol. I look at the Gun Buster listings every once in a while but haven't found anything older than Gen 3. I'm open to any configuration that makes it a working pistol again. Just seems wrong to let it lie in a drawer feeling impotent.

Are Gen 1 and Gen 2 fully compatible?

Gen 2 and 3 should be compatible unless I'm remembering wrong.

I probably have most of the parts leftover from my Glock days.

Yeah, I remember that from when I was looking before. Seems even with the later generations, those were hard to find, because most frame kits came with one or something like that. That kit linked above doesn't have it in the list, and I don't see it for sale separately. But after that, slides or kits for them should be easy enough. Lots of people dumping old slides.

I don't know enough about Glocks or remember much about what research I did when I looked for the parts last time, so at least now I'm getting some good leads.

Yeah. Most LPK do not include the locking block. People forget that and it is the most expensive part in the frame. Can’t tell you how many people over the years ordered LPK and forgot the locking block.

I don`t see a connector on the list of parts for a G17,however I do see a connector listed for G19 and G26 LPKs.If you order one of these kits make sure they send one.

Not on the list and the TA is facing the opposite direction. You have to be leery of after market parts companies.
