It's available but you made me an offer implying that I had to sell it to you at your price because you could get it cheaper some where else and I told you that's your choice but said I had said no already

Its called negotiation. I made an offer counter me. I just raised my offer to $310, counter me.

Your words in post were : "Would like to get close to as 350$ for it but will take reasonable offers as well.

BTW, I told you want I could get if for NEW out the door which is $390. I did not say you had to sell it to me, I made an offer. Counter.
