Selling or parting out this brand new and unfired upper. I decided to keep my 13.9” so this has to go.
Most parts would have to be accounted for before I part it out. I can keep the gas tube, gas block, dust cover, & charging handle if buyer doesn’t want them or to reduce the price on the complete upper which I have a milspec dustcover and charging handle.
I will also keep the SICO muzzle device unless buyer wants it then it will be
Upper + Charging Handle: No muzzle device

2. ADM UIC Billet Upper Receiver $210
3. Criterion Core 14.5” Barrel $255
4. Badger TDX Gas Block $55
