They work as a 2.1 unit with the crossovers inside usually a powered (AC power your computer doesn't have enough signal to push a woofer) woofer cabinet, which is usually a 4th order bandpass box for the sub (but not always) with a single 3.5mm jack out of either the left or, right speaker. altho I have seen the jack configured all kinds of ways such as a 3,5mm port somewhere (provide your own cable) or, out of the sub box too but, the point is there will be 1 jack or, a cable that you will plug into the green 3.5mm sound port of your computer.

Sorry for the late reply.. for some reason I didn't get an alert. MCD - thanks for stepping up with an answer! Yes, it's a single 3.5mm plug that will connect to your computer's speaker output port.

I did that-- It might have something to do with the way the photos were uploaded. Normally I host on my server and post the photo/link to have it show up. When I started this thread, there was a new option for photos that let me upload them directly instead of using a link. When I went to change the fish tank to sold and delete the photos, they no longer show up in my thread while I'm editing but still show up live..

It has the case/fans/motherboard/cpu/ram. Needs power supply, hard drive, operating system.

It was working like you described.. for some reason it doesn't any longer. Even when I go to start a new thread, I only have the option of adding photos the old way through links. The attachment option is gone. Not that it really matters to me.. might just be a bug in the system.

I am confused. Sorry. I thought you were trying to delete attachments or photos, not add them.

Yes, uploading new attachments has been disabled. There was a thread about it in the Announcements forum. Can still link photos as it was in the old forum.
