Good luck on your search! my very first pistol that I actually bought was a used 1972 interarms PPK/S blued .380. I wish I never sold that one, but the price I got for it was too good to say no to, guy offered me $800-$850. During the 2013 gun ban scare. it’s a great little pistol
 
I have a '72, and the black box it came in. It was carried as backup in an ankle holster (read anchor weight), when I was on OPD. Back up guns were not approved, however, then knew better than to check at line-up inspection.
