1. Forward Controls Design RHF-C M-LOK AR-15 Handguard - 9.5" - $140 $120
The is a 2-piece rail that mounts on to a standard USGI barrel nut.
For reference, that's an 11.5" barrel in the pics.
Pics show a complete upper, but only the rail is for sale.

Black. Fits mil-spec tubes.
