I’m looking to buy a fixed carry handle upper for my build. Not trying to pay an arm and a leg for a colt upper either. I just want a cheap fixed carry handle upper preferably stripped without a barrel or BCG. I’ll consider a complete one with a 20 inch barrel if the price is right. Looking to purchase this weekend.
