Hello!

Some of you may know us and Most don't we are a Mom N Pop shop in Las Vegas. We love our firearms community so We do our best to try and provide the best prices in Town! We do Many Services one of which is Private Party Transfers. We do them quick and most of the time same day! We appreciate NV Shooters for allowing us to be here and look forward to serving you!
 
This is a great shop for transfers. I used them for a really nice S&W 27 I bought at the big Phoenix gun show last year. Several of us have recommended them here as the best shop in the NW, so it's great to see AGC here! I need to make it out to your new location on Rainbow/Westcliff and see what's new.

With all due respect and good wishes but is the policy below common or kosher ?

I would assume most if not all gun shops would have a similiar policy. Otherwise they would be responsible for the firearm for possibly any indefinite long term storage. Most shops have a finite amount of space - so it wouldn’t be reasonable to expect them to be stuck managing long term storage for a $35 transfer fee, IMHO.
 
I totally agree about the limit but what about charging “storage per week/ day” fee instead of just “assume possession” ….
Just wanted to know because I had a friend who had emergency hospitalization for about 6 wks with life and death issues…the last thing he would do is remember to call the FFL…..
 
Did a xfer (online order shipped there) with them a few weeks back after seeing you were a sponsor here. Fun shop, greeted as I walked in and was helped immediately.

Almost walked out with the deagle but spent too much on my current project.

Will be back again!

We put that on our website because some people purchase firearms and never come back. We try calling, emailing smoke signals, texting to no avail. We make every reasonable effort short of going to a house to get ahold the person. We always do our best to help our people. If someone falls ill or something happens you can alway call us and we will hold it for you. We don't charge a storage fee other than the fee for transfers. We appreciate this community and hope this helps.
