Not sure what you mean by delayed as they are ALL delayed right now automatically due to the volume at DPS. (unless you have a NV CCW)

Under normal circumstances (45 days ago) same day was always an option but these days is a bit crazier. We do have same day appointments but tend to fill up within a couple of hours of opening. We do have some appts available for today and the phones will open at 11AM.
