Apologize for asking, Sound Director/ Defuser??
It's called KX5 "Flaming Pig", it's a flash supressor.
In airsoft world yes some call it "sound director or sound amplifying".
 
It definitely is not a flash suppressor... It's called the FLAMING Pig and produces pretty impressive fireballs.
It's actually a linear compensator.
