Looking for a complete upper in .223, new or used.
not looking for anything high end but if you have seen any around town or have one in the closet let me know.

As re you looking for something as low or lower than the $300 uppers Palmetto State Armory has?
 
what length barrel are u looking for? have a few new ones I haven't used and would consider letting go... pm me if interested & once u know what length u want
