Almost everyone makes a Colt 1911 clone....Sig, Springfield, Rock Island, Smith & Wesson, Ruger. Taurus, CZ, Kimber, the list goes on and on.
Even the Chinese made an exact copy of the 1911A1. It was made by Norinco.
