Class B Camper Vans

In the past we've had a truck/cabover camper and a travel trailer. We now are considering a van conversion. Been looking and have pretty much
figured out what we want in a floor plan and options.
Any of the members have one now or in the past. Looking for pros and cons. Also any advice would be welcome
