My old smog check place bumped the price up to $26.99 and used to be $9.99.

I know the usa auto places still have it for $9.99 but I don’t want to wait since those places are always packed.

Anyone have any leads on anything less than $19.99 on the southwest side of town?

Do you need a coupon to get that price?

On the corner of Tropicana and Ft Apache, I've used USA Auto Service. Was $7.77 if you did a Yelp check in. I haven't done a smog in a couple years though.

I would never let Purrrfect Auto touch my car with a ten foot pole they are a rip off shop, I know this for a fact I worked in one for over a month untill I said I quit.
I always have my dealership service my cars ever since but my dealership charges $45 plus tax on smog test.

My 8 year old Outback with 55.6t mile on it is due for its 60t mile service soon and my dealership is charging like $1249.99*

Any other shop recommendations?

I would really appreciate it.

I'd think you're more likely to introduce contaminants or leaks into the brake or power steering fluid system than needing to exchange the fluid. Is this really a thing? Maybe with "modern" fluids? Most of that crap is stupid simple or sounds like someone crawling underneath (maybe) and checking off a box that it looks good.

I will never have a transmission "flush" again. I've finally figured out that that is what has actually ruined two transmissions I've had on different vehicles at different points in my life.

And sadly that cost doesn’t include lube or even a nice, soothing ointment for after you get screwed!

The state charges $6.00 for the certificate.

Ask yourself why a business would offer a smog check for $9.99.
