I bought this in CA for $1000, just the rifle alone. So, yes it is a true Commie Rifle. Aside from that, it has seen only 500 rounds, I will throw in 2 MAGPUL magazines, 30 rounder and 10-rounder to get you started (if a first time and new to firearms).
