Watch some youtube videos. It's not hard, just take your time and if you are installing a trigger guard, make sure you support the ears of the lower where the roll pin goes in. I use a block of 2x4 to support it. Failing that, theres a few smiths in town that could probably do it for you but much more satisfying when you do it yourself.

Yea I know I would like to learn but dont have any punches or tools to spike it or a vice to hold it in place just Easter to take it somewhere to get done

i done a couple lowers using channelock pliers ($10), a clevis pin (25cent) and a rag, sitting barefoot on the floor of my garage like an islamic mujahedeen. The torque range for the castle nut is like really forgiving. You can do it man it's easy. Its the upper that requires real tools.

Here's the deal; everyone thinks they will just build one lower so they don't want to waste the money on tools. They are wrong, lol.

The clevis pin is the best 25c you will buy compared to what it does for the front takedown pin. More youtube for that one but it was a game changer for me. No more hunting for jettisoned detents

I feel ripped off. I think I paid $1.00 for the pin at home depot.
OP you can literally get enough punches, the clevis pin, and a hammer for like $10. You don't need anything fancy at all.

I can somewhat understand someone who is not mechanically inclined wanting to have a professional assemble their lower (or any other gun/part) so they know that it's really done right. As an automotive mechanic, I see horrible quality "repairs" performed by people all the time who have absolutely no clue what they're doing, yet try anyway. And since a firearm is a potentially lethally dangerous machine if things aren't done right, it's understandable to not want to risk it.

Now, having said that.. the internet is an absolute wealth of information, videos, writeups, etc. that can help you lewrn how to do it yourself. And as others have said, the tools required are very inexpensive. The lower is also a pretty simple device to put together. Just requires a little care and patience. I'd watch some videos on how it's done to familiarize yourself with it, then give it a try yourself. You always have the option to stop if you get to some part you're not comfortable with and seek professional help with it at that point.
