what is the big deal with head stamp...I've been shooting mixed headstamps for over 30 years with no problems
I think the main intent here was to make sure there are no crimped primers.
This way it save the hassle of swagging them.

On Rifles if you shoot for precision different head stamp will give you different brass on the same "settings" some brass will stretch more or less have thicker or thinner walls etc.. Running Mix HS on the same die without adjusting will yield different brass specs.

Now comes the question will a mix HS brass will shoot with no issue and the answer is yes, it should. The variance in the loaded ammo should still make it shootable as long as it is still in sammi specs.

Will you be able to make grouping of bullet on the target as good as "precision" brass? probably not.
Are you a good enough shooter to see the difference?
Does it matter?
Do you shoot hair pins at 200yrd? or shooting soda cans in your back yard?

I think all of the above questions are answered differently by different shooter with different needs and therefor it is all about preferences.

My 2 cents

Exactly that. I'm trying to avoid that extra step. For .223, it don't really care about head stamp (unless Berdan primed) as my Dillon 1050 takes care of the swaging. I don't reload 9mm on my 1050.

Ye,s the 1050 does make things easier.
I ordered the auto drive for the 1050 i should get it in 4-5 weeks.
I hope it will work as it should.

I'm going through a lot of decapping pins i cant figure out why.
The best one so far to last the longest are the Dillon's after I tried also rcbs, Lee and Hornady. But even with the dillon holding the longest i still break one every 1-4k of brass. It drive me nuts, but i didn't find a solution yet. :banghead:

I'll call tomorrow , anyone I should ask for?

Looking for any amount, do you clean them in any way?
Ori isn't always there, his wife is as is Steve, Ori's wife is "Moon" and has always helped me

The young ladies in the office are also very sweet and helpful

they do clean the brass but I'd venture a GUESS if you didn't want it cleaned they'd accommodate you

We normally clean all the brass if we get the time.
We normally DO Not clean the 5.7 FN.
There is a coating on the brass that would come off if we clean it.
From what I read it doesn't matter to the actual "Shooting" but it does matter to a certain pistol using a certain mag (Cant remember which mag it was).

We can have them SS tumble fairly quickly if asked for.

Thanks
