Agreed. Besides, isn’t it possible the buyer just isn’t aware of the current “tyrannical” laws? If so, they for sure don’t deserve to be doxxed.

Guys that is not a valid phone number, has 13 digits, and a valid number would only be 11, 1 plus the 3 digits of area code (in this case a toll free number of 800) and then the 3 digits of exchange, and then the 4 digits of circuit number.
So that's a BS number, spoofed, etc.
