not sure if this the right area to look for cheaper repair work and body shop since the fleacher jones dealership wants to over charge me thousands and i dont want to deal with the insurence claim for it since AMG are money pits for a reason

the back side rims are bent from curbing them with curb rash on the lip wil the back left one is very damaged from hard turn peel out in the rain on chinese new years

back right side my mom backed into a another car in china town not sure how deep it is

Having just walked through an MB dealership a month ago, you are looking for cheap work for your $200k car? And it isn't like G wagens lose value quickly.

Sure the dealership will charge you more, but they also don't do body work, they send it out. Same for wheels and leather/MB tex repairs.
Find out who they use and then go directly to them.

I'd also jump on a MB forum and check there. They might have some insight (if you can find any Vegas locals):

You can get a quote from a body shop for actual panel damage. Tell them you're paying out of pocket and not using insurance. The quote should be much lower than if using insurance.
Also factory used rims can be found on the Mercedes forum.
There's a place in Las Vegas that will restore your original rims. It's not cheap but it will be less than buying new rims.
Since you hit a curb, you will probably also need a four wheel alignment.
