Have you bought from them? Do you know these guys? From the website it looks a bit sketchy. No mention anywhere on their website that they are an FFL.

HSL Ammo out of st George is 390/1000 rounds of .223. It’s remanufactured, but I’ve never had an issue with them. I get majority of my ammo from them
