I'm looking to experiment with 22 WMR cases as jackets for light 257 spitzers.

I have the dies and presses etc, just no spent WMR cases.

Anyone have some in their brass pile?
Would anyone save theirs for me from their next range trip?

Thanks

There were a half-dozen near the top of a half-gallon container of scrap from one range trip a couple weeks ago. Will probably find some more if I go through that. Is that enough to make it worth it or are you looking for way more than that to make it worth it?

Oh, sorry. Just noticed you were in Reno area. So... Never mind.

I will save my .22 WMR brass to send your way. I do not shoot .22 WMR much, but when I do, the cases are yours. I will also pick up what I see on the ground. Now to figure out how to get them to you . . .
Please share the results of your ballistic experiments.

These are 308 180gr spitzers I made earlier this week

30 caliber jackets, like most other caliber jackets, are commercially produced for sale to folks who make their own jacketed bullets. There's pretty much nothing in 257 for light bullets, and I want to make thin jacketed light bullets for relatively low velocity cartridges like the 25-20 and the 256

I think that I can get there with WMR brass

Still looking for some spent 22 WMR cases. Please think about saving your empty brass for me.

Thanks
