I’ll try once more…
I have a 1945 Remington Rand M1911 A1 .45 caliber pistol. This particular WWII model appears to have been refinished for National Match competition sometime in the late 50s to early 60s based on the components. Among those parts are period correct National Match serialized barrel & bushing, along with a serrated blade front sight and adjustable rear notch sight. The front of the grip has period correct stippling as well, and the entire frame & slide were blued for a finish. This is an extremely tight fitting pistol and runs like butter.
I’m asking $1500 for this piece of military and competition history. Included are 3x new magazines, another set of period wood grips, and a padded box for storage.
If you have any questions, feel free to PM me.
Thank you for your consideration.
