Up for sale is an excellent condition Walther P.P. "R.J." (Reich's Bureau of Justice) pistol with the rare box extension magazine. This is a fourth variation PP that was produced around 1940-41 and bears a simpler font for the "R.J." mark than older guns, but is correct for guns in the 213XXX serial range. The gun is in excellent condition with around 96% of the original finish remaining; the most wear is around the high spots, muzzle, heel of the backstrap, and top of the beavertail. It functions as expected mechanically however I have not test-fired it or had a gunsmith check it. Bore is bright and sharp.

The very rare box magazine features a plastic grip extension (it does not add capacity) and was an upgrade option for commercial guns around 1936-1939 (see Legacy Collectibles' video on PP/PPK Magazines for more info). This one is in fair condition as the back lip has broken off and the sides have a few scratches.

Price is $2200; I'm in Las Vegas and can meet at NV Firearms and Training (3525 E. Post Rd #130) to perform the transfer.
