Hello this is an upper built on a ballistic Advantage performance Barrel with the superlative arms adjustable gas block. It has a yhm flash hider. The handguard is the Atlas one from aero precision which is very lightweight with M lock and the receiver is a Gen 2 aero precision.

Does not come with bolt carrier group or charging handle

That muzzle device doesnt have the ratcheting teeth on it. What suppressor mount does it work for?
 
No you're right I forgot I swapped it out. This is just a normal YHM flash hider
