I have switched my mounting solution, so selling a ton of parts. Pretty firm on prices as I can see these fast online. I might have more and will look:

(2) ASR Flash Hider, 1/2x28: $60 each ONE LEFT
(2) ASR Brakes, 1/2x28 $60 each ONE SPF
ASR Brake, 5/8x24: $60 SPF

Second Row:

(3) Charlie mounts: $85 each
Bravo (hub) mount: $100 (this has a small bend in the locking collar, but still works flawlessly. Has been my hub for 4 months) SPF

Third Row:

Charlie direct thread mount, 1/2x28: $70 SPF
Charlie direct thread mount, 5/8x24: $70
Huxwrx Bravo (hub) direct thread mount, 5/8x24: $80
Bravo (hub) direct thread mount, 5/8x24: Cant rememeber brand, so lets do $60
