I think technically he is within the rules without a trade value. I just want to make sure for when I make a post if trade value is required or not.

WTS/WTT ads - Unless otherwise noted, trade value is implied by the cash price listed. If trade value is different, please list separately. For example, Cash price is $500; Trade value $600
