Transfers of handguns must be completed at an FFL in the buyer's state.

Other buyer is a gentleman and defers to you. My general rule is first come first serve. When can you pickup gun? I will not ship. We can meet at a gunshop and do the transfer at your expense as was advertised. Let me know so I can respond to other.
