WTB Looking for a Labrador pup

Since I screwed up in the other post I figure I may as well start a WTB of my own

I figure there are hunters and dog lovers here who might have a lead on a pup.
Looking for a chocolate or black Lab pup. Male. Purebreed. No AKC registration needed.

Our 2 boys will be 10 yrs old this year and we want to get a pup to keep them active and prevent one from being alone if something happens to the other.
They are very bonded and have never been alone or apart for more than a few hours.

It's pretty easy to pick out a pound puppy that will be very close to what you want. If you're lucky, it will have some mutt in it to make it a heathier animal anyway. Just check every few days and you'll soon see something pop up that will be a good fit for you, and especially for the dog.

Mac..we do look at pound puppies. Most seen, that they call Lab mix, look mostly like Pitties. We know mixed breeds usually live longer but we do want another pure breed.

On the flip side, our obviously mostly, if not pure, Black Lab was acquired at the local pound at about 6 weeks old. They had her listed as a Boxer mix! :ROFLMAO:
 
Go to pet finder.com it shows a lot of different shelters all at once
 
Thanks for the replies.
Found someone local with a litter due in March. Pure bred.
Pups should be ready for homes in May.

Nice. We got on a waiting list with them, got the pup 3 months later.
They were completely legit.
