Received lower than asking price but acceptable offer from Battleborn88 with Saturday being earliest available meet-up time. Leaving this open to anyone willing to pay full asking price and free to meet tomorrow (Friday). Otherwise, will sell to Battleborn88.

I've accepted plenty of offers only to have the buyer disappear off the face of the earth. It isn't sold until funds are transfered, but technically there could be a verbal contract formed between two parties if they both agree to the terms. When one party turns around and says "it is sold, but only if X and Y doesn't happen first", they've essentially created their own offer, and it is up to the buyer to agree or walk away. That's why Glocksterpaulie makes a great point (especially since the seller has just advertised that they're willing to take less than their asking price).
 
Reopening for anyone interested, buyer's schedule too hectic for pinpointing a time to meetup. Nothing against buyer, he has been good about communicating...just saying for all the easily irritated folk out in cyberspace land :)
 
The usual etiquette for the site is , the first I’ll take it, gets it. I don’t see any of that happening. I have learned that the site and members is built on mutual trust and respect. That being said. I wouldn’t take you pistol if you were giving it away!!!!
 
Thanks for the bump, now back to reality where sometimes life gets in the way for a buyer after they have claimed something. It is all good, Battleborn88 knows he is more than welcome to reclaim if circumstances change on their end. If a mod would like to point out I am doing something wrong I'd be happy to comply. Have a Happy Thanksgiving all!
