Do a lottery. 25 tickets @ $20 each. You will get your $500 in a few days, and one of us lucky guys who “know what this is” will get a bottle far beyond our means.

I’m not a bourbon drinker so not too knowledgeable, but looking as a potential gift.
What is the difference between this RipVan Winkle vs a PappyVan Winkle?
I understand some are difficult to locate but what is the msrp on this bottle?
 
I'm liking the idea of a lottery, someone is more apt to drink a $20 bottle vs a $500 bottle. Has this been done before, looking for some guideline or ground rules. Age requirement for at least 21 yo would be the obvious first.

Doing some research the msrp from the distillery is 69.99, but these typically go for more than that even at the liquor wholesaler, if you can find it. This is the 10 year old 107 proof bourbon, maybe others more knowledgeable can add some additional details.

You can buy some 50/50 raffle tickets. Initial each ticket you give to buyers to confirm authenticity when claimed. Limit to 25 total tickets so it is not for profit, and everyone has a pretty decent chance. Draw the winner after all tickets are sold. Have a trusted NV Shooters mod or member pull the number. Winner must have winning ticket with and over 21 ID to claim prize.

I'd be in for a $20 ticket and probably get one for @JTW_Jr too cause I'm just that kinda guy. Looking like you could your $500 or more if you went the raffle way. If you're worried about making a minimum, you could state a reserve.
 
I’m more than willing to sent the money for two tickets and wait however long it takes to fully fund the raffle.
