What they are trying to tell you is that LOW BALLING an ad (offering , in this case about 2/3rds of the asking price) in a post on the ad, is frowned upon here. It's a form of THREAD CRAPPING and not well tolerated.

If you want to offer someone a much lower amount than their asking price, just do it in a PM (Conversation) that only the seller sees, please.
