What do you mean by “must transfer”? Are you requiring a transfer through a FFL (and if so, who’s paying, you or the buyer), requiring a bill of sale or something entirely different? I see you’re new so you might want to define your expectations in your listing.

Hello. If the trigger pull and fit&finish are good, as judged by my wife, I will buy the tracker, but if you insist on the ffl transfer you must be the one paying for it as we both have NV CCW permits.
