Want a much louder horn for my truck without going the air horn route. Any recommendations.
Looking on Amazon, reviews are everywhere on different ones

I have this one sitting in my garage until I get time to install it. I am leaving the OEM horns in place and will be mounting this behind the grill. I will use the power to the OEM horns to trigger the Stebel. I have a Stebel horn on my bike and it is fairly loud. For an air horn it is nice and compact.

eta: If you look further down the page you will see a Hornblaster's logo horn for much cheaper that looks the same as the Stebel.

Are you sure the horn is in good working condition?

I ask because a truck I had in the past didn’t have the best horn. I pulled it from under the battery and it was on its last life. In the process of replacing it I discovered there was a second one on the opposite side that didn't work at all. It made a big difference once I replaced both.

Buy once, cry once. Go to a junkyard and take an air horn off an old wrecked rig. You’ll always want more knowing you could sound like a train for a few bucks more lol

Yes, it works just fine now.

It's not loud enough to get the one finger wave yet.

Once owned a Traffic Blaster. The same horns are used on Fire Engines.

I bought the yellow Hellas for my off roader. Supposed to have a lower pitch than the red ones that are so popular. Slightly louder, but I wasn’t impressed for the money.

Ordered a WOLO Bad Boy Air Horn. Suppose to be one of the 5 loudest available for the servant class.
Didn't know there was a legal limit for decibel level until I started looking for a new one.
