Unfortunate

I gave up on the gmrs nets. Unless of course, we do one or there is a 2a related one

Yah, if that BS jamming keeps up, I am going to stop checking in.
It appears to be just a check in net now, no discussion of anything.

Once Joe stopped using the repeater, I thought the jamming would stop. But there are still at least two south ends of north bound horses out there, one male, one female. Need to have a Fox hunt and turn them over to the FCC.

First, will they actually do something about it?

Next, what's stopping us? Manpower? Equipment?

Nothing is stopping it, just need folks who know how to conduct a fox hunt, and catch the people doing the jamming in the act, and the FCC will do something with proof.

Last time it happened, a group of HAMs held a fox hunt, found the fellow (just one) who was doing the jamming, and warned him to stop, they had video evidence of him doing it, and a video of him admitting to do it.
He has since not been on the air as far as I know, haven't looked to see if the FCC yanked his GMRS license or not.

I guess I'd volunteer for net control one of these Thursdays if needed. I haven't checked in in quite a while though.
