If you research Kahr 380's on Youtube you will find the majority are "jamomatics" - they do not feed - the recommended 200 rd break in may help,
but problems persist. I sold mine unfired and went with LCP, almost as small and LCP Max 10+1 and 12+1, both of which are rated reliable.
