(Update: The optic was not physically damaged . The issue was the reticle brightness wouldn’t change, it was stuck on a high brightness setting. Pressing on + or - would not change anything, pressing + or - at the same time would not shut off the optic either. It was an electrical issue. I emailed Trijicon and they said to send it back and they would take care of it. Sorry I should have included this earlier.)
Selling my factory repaired Trijicon RMR HD 3.25. I have not used it since it was returned. I did turn it on to check functions and then turned it off.
I posted pics of the returned packing slip and repairs that were done. I also have all original documents and box.
