Red Rock Auctions

After a rough six months, we (I) finally got the third auction online. March my business partner got sick and long story short, he has only a short time with us and that is what we were told a month ago.

This auction has some amazing pieces in it. Classic Winchesters, Remingtons, Rugers among other items and accessories.
Here you go.

Is there a buyer premium? I didn't see it if there is. Maybe it's right when you place the bid.
I'm blind

Looked like 18% when I browsed it.

Click on “Terms of Sale”

Sorry to hear about your business partner, I hope all goes as well as it can for him, his family and your business; that’s a really tough thing to have to deal with. Regardless, the auction site looks great and there are a lot of great items listed, I hope you get top dollar for everything except for the stuff I want 😛

Cop
Most auctions have buyer's and sell's fees/premiums. The 18% is added onto the bid price.
Copy that. I was unclear on the wording... you ha e a ton of great stuff listed, I think the heavy hitters on this site are gonna show up! Good luck with all your sales!
Most importantly, Godspeed to your partner.

Thanks, he "came down with something" and after a few weeks was too weak and was taken to hospital. Trouble breathing and low O2 levels, they found spots in his lungs. Week later he fell and hit his head, MRI found more spots in his brain. Steady decline since then. A month ago he couldn't recognize me or a friend of 50 years. Details have been few since then, wife doesn't speak English.

Praying for the best outcome for your partner.

What will shipping look like on non firearm items? Ups, fedex USPS? Will you combine won items?

Couple items have my eye.

Some very nice big game guns in this one…Win 88 and Featherweight in .308, stainless Ruger M77 MkII in 06.
Super nice…definitely don’t need em’ and still tempted.

So I decided to try again. Once again I gave up.

I log in. That works. I click the "get preapproved to bid" link and enter my credit card info. There is no "submit" button or any indication of what to do next. Hitting "enter" does nothing.

I click the "help" button at the bottom right. A menu comes up. I select the "leave us a message" option. The fields are there, but I can't put a cursor into any of them to type anything.

I wonder how many other people just give up without telling you something is wrong. I can't even remember what was wrong last time, but I do remember giving up.

I'm doing it on my desktop PC, not a phone, using Chrome.

Well this time your request went through and I was able to accept you. You are now able to bid.

Yes proxibid isn't always the easiest site to change details. Last year my partner moved and it took several auctions and missed deliveries before he was able to change his address. But he hated computers....

If you applied to bid, but have not been accepted, let me know. A few applied, but have not been accepted because they have not filled out all their information.

Thank you to everyone who bid, successful or not. Really lucked out in a few ways to make it happen and I am now able to take a breath (as I work my ass off this next week to get everything shipped out.
To everyone who won a bid, wow great buy you really stole it!
To everyone thinking about consigning, wow look at those amazing prices everything went for, those buyers are crazy!!

Congratulations on that winning bid for that A5. I was watching it but it went over my budget, that 20 gauge would've completed my Browning collection.
