This upper was only used briefly to have a complete rifle while my custom upper was being built. Now my upper is built, and have no need for it. Has 3 boxes of PMC Bronze 223 ran through it just to make sure it worked. Comes with Milspec charging handle and magpul rear iron sight, no bcg (it didn't come with a bcg or charging handle when I bought it).
