This is an older used 10.25” “BARE” handguard from Gibbz arms. I do NOT have the tool for the barrel nut, so my price is NOW $35

The tool is $20 from Gibbz, or you could do what I did and spin the inner nut with a tiny Allen key, then final torque the outer nut with a spanner wrench. https://www.gibbzarms.com/product/standard-install-kit/
