Both potential buyers cannot make a transfer today and were gracious to tell me to sell it if I couldn't find someone to take it today. I'm going to be tied up in the coming week and wanted it sold by today if possible so for now its still up for grabs to anyone who can meet up today. If not, I'll keep it offered to the first guys to respond. Thanks for the interest.
