The triple digit Alpha serial numbers are very tough to pin down. Closest I can put it is 2007 to 2008 production. And that could be totally wrong but that is when the "D" Triple alpha's where produced.
 
You all are too fast for me! I was going to suggest looking at the date on the envelope that the test round is in.
